MAIN INGREDIENTS
- Chinese Yam, Red Dates, Goji, Codonopsis, Dried Longan, Poria, Dendrobium Nobile, Nux Prinsepiae, Deyhrated Carrot, Himalayan Rock Salt and Natural Seasoning
- Red dates - Nourish blood. Red dates and Gaoji are better for eyesight and spleen.
