Q: Do I need to register for an account to purchase products from your online store?
A: Yes, you need to create an account to purchase from our online store. The account created allows you to access all online services in Savoury Market website with a single ID and password created by you.

Q: How do I register for an account in your online store?
A: You can register for an account via the "Sign Up" icon at the top right hand corner of our online store.


Q: How do I add items onto the shopping cart?
A: To add items into shopping cart, please choose the desire quantities and click "Add to Cart".

Q: Can I amend items in my shopping cart?
A: Yes, you can amend the items in your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at top right hand corner of our website. You can remove the items or change quantity. Click  "-" or "+"  and update your cart items if you would like to change the quantity.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: Once you are ready to place your order, click "Proceed to Checkout" in your cart. You will be brought to the checkout page. At the checkout page, you need to fill in your billing and shipping address. Review your order summary and click "Place Order" to proceed to payment (Note: Please ensure your order is accurate before placing an order as no changes are accepted once payment is made).

Q: What are your payment modes? 
A: Payment can be made by:

  • PayNow, to our Company’s UEN no: 202120106H (within 24 hours of order and WhatsApp us at 8898 8002) 
  • VISA / MASTER/ ApplePay / Google Pay / or Paynow during Check Out Process

Q: How do I make payment?
A: After clicking "Place Order" in the checkout page, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway page for you to key in your credit card details. Once the payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation email.


Q: What is the lead time for delivery? 
A: Subject to stock availability, please allow up to 5 workings days for the delivery of your order. For bakery items, please preorder at least 3 days in advance.

Q: Will I be notified when my order is ready for delivery?
A: Yes, We will send you a delivery notification when the shipment has been scheduled. 

Q: Can I do a self-collection?
A: Yes, you can. During the checkout, under delivery method, click on pick up for self-collection. You will be notified once is ready for pickup, otherwise kindly contact us at 8899 8002


Q: How do I request for refund or do exchanges?
A: Savoury Market provides perishable food. There will be no refunds of any food item.
Q: What to do if product received is damaged?
A: Savoury Market take great care to pack your items carefully. However, in the event that your order is damaged during delivery, kindly snapshot the defective product and email to: sales@savourymarket.com or whatsapp us at 8899 8002.
