孩子增高的两个黄金时期：
第一，是出生以后到两三岁这段时间，也是生长发育最快的阶段。0~1岁一般都能长25厘米以上，1～2岁长10厘米左右。2岁前营养对生长的影响远超过遗传因素。
第二，指女孩8~14岁，男孩9~16岁这段时间的青春期，孩子平均每年可以增高7~10厘米，持续大约3年，在此期间总共增加25~28厘米左右。这个时期后紧接着骨缝闭合，所以这个时期一定要把握好，之后成的高度就会比较缓慢了。

**额外资料：田七有生食和熟食之分，生吃就是把它磨成粉直接食用，功效侧重于活血化瘀。而熟吃多数是参与其他食材烹调食用，功效侧重于补血，缓解身体虚弱等，因为不是直接服食，所以效果比较温和。我们的配方和准备方式是属于后者，而且选用的不是田七粉，是田七片。所以我们的配方是适合于七岁以上的孩童。
**Extra Info: Panax notoginseng can be either raw food or cooked food. We can eat it raw after grinding it into powder, and it helps promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis. If we were to cook it, it would mainly be mixed with other ingredients. This method is effective in blood replenishing and physique enhancement. Its effect is relatively milder since it’s not taken directly. Our preparation method belongs to the latter, and we’re going for slices instead of powder. Therefore, our formula is suitable for all children beyond 7 years old.

How to Use: Put one bag into thermos. Add in 250-300ml boiling water and wait for 1-2 hours. Shake well and serve hot.
